Serene and tropical, the Villas open on to the 11th fairway from an expansive lush two and one half acre estate majestically fringed by giant Samaan and Flamboyant trees, decorated with brilliant Bougainvillea, tropical palms and numerous exotic plants all of which attract the many diverse birds of Tobago.

Designed for open air living with shady verandahs and upper sun terraces, each villa has a private plunge pool and share a large 60 foot (20m) swimming pool with entertainment facilities. The villas are named after the local trees surrounding the area: Mahogany, Petit Careme, Flamboyant, Samaan and Teak are our names.

Tobago Villas on the Green are located in Mount Irvine on the Caribbean island of Tobago, at the southern tip of the Caribbean Sea, 11 degrees north of the equator.

Just 116 sq miles in size, it has a ferocious colonial history in which the island changed hands 31 times.
